Huge in the 70’s, but like any good fashion trend bell sleeves are back! When playing with bell shaped clothing, be bottoms or tops, it’s always a game to balance your silhouette; big at the bottom, light at the top and vise versa. You want to be able to embrace your figure!

Sweater weather is definitely my favorite time of the year.

Sweater dresses scream the holidays and this year many brands are modernizing them with lace up fronts and dropped hemlines, like this one. This could be easily paired with pants or worn as a dress depending on the weather. Sadly the temperature hasn’t dropped yet here in Miami, but I would love to pair this dress with over-the-knee boots. I’ll tag some of my favorites below!

Have an amazing weekend!

Summer has come to an end and I am so excited for this year’s fall and winter trends. I am collaborating with the beautiful Valentina Angulo Gomez from to show you some of my favorites, which include flared pants and statement jewelry! Both trends can be worn day and night. I love the flared pant because it creates the appearance of longer legs when paired with a heal, platform or wedge and statement jewelry pieces can help dress up any outfit. Valentina is wearing a beautiful aqua and lilac ring that is simple and elegant to accessorize the look for any day time event. See what other pieces we chose to accessorize this look now on her blog.

Her latest collection inspired by the indigenous pre- Columbian group, Chibchas can be viewed by clicking here.

This past Wednesday, I attended a Fashion for Breakfast hosted by’s VP of Global Buying Shira Suveyke and’s Fashion and Features Director Kerry Pieri at Cecconi’s at Soho Beach House. The venue itself is picture-perfect, but there were shoes hanging from the trees, trunks and bags sitting on the bar, and outfits on the walls. Head over to, “the most fashionable fashion outlet,” now for amazing sales on designer products.

It’s cliche, but time is flying by. I can’t believe its been a year since my high school prom. Seeing all my younger friends getting their “promprosals” makes me so happy yet feel kinda old (lol). Prom is the “night of nights” (yes, High School Musical) so here are some tips to make the night unforgettable.

Confidence & Comfort. There must be a perfect marriage between confidence and comfort. When you radiate confidence, there’s no stopping you and when you’re comfortable you can dance all night. So bring out your inner Beyoncé and #work. Your prom dress comes in second after your wedding dress. However, that doesn’t mean that you need to spend a fortune.

Plan Ahead. If you haven’t started looking for your prom dress, start NOW!! Get your nails, wax/shave, and appointments out of the way a day or two before just to make room for any inconveniences. Test your makeup in advance so you’re not experimenting the day of and run out of time. Below I’ve listed some of my favorite YouTube tutorials and my trusted make-up artist, for those of you in the South Florida area, who is amazingly talented and affordable!!

Make Memories. Have your parents, siblings, or friends take tons of pictures of you. You definitely want to have pictures to look back at and post. Clear your phone’s camera roll and make sure it is 100% charged. You can never have enough selfies.

Be safe. Hire a driver for the night with several friend, Über, etc. For a $20 Über credit use the invite code vgtec when downloading. (Click Here to Redeem)

Have fun. Surround yourself with the people that make you laugh and smile. It’s a night to remember, so spend it with those who make you happy.

Dress to kill and if you have any questions comment below and I’ll be more than happy to answer.
